FYCRO (= Freelancers You Can Rely On) is an organizarion located in Finland. It provides a unique service to the freelance actors (job providers, service providers and owner of freelance marketplaces). Online freelancing has become popular in the last 10 years thanks to developments of internet and internet based technologies. As a result the labor market has experienced a divide: onsite and online, both vertically (within a country) and horizontally (across countries). Labor mobility is now both physical and virtual. Women in the west can now strike a balance between professional and family life, something which was very difficult in the past. On the other hand, young workers in third world countries greatly benefit from this new labor market.
